Coming Soon—FGICodes.org
A major upgrade will be coming to our e-commerce platform on December 13, as well as a new company website address and a reimagined digital library experience that will launch with the 2026 edition early next year.
What you need to know

- FGI’s main website will transition from FGIGuidelines.org to FGICodes.org, reflecting the reclassification of FGI’s Guidelines to FGI Codes.
- FGI’s digital library, the only authorized website where customers can purchase and access FGI’s code documents, is being rebranded as FGI OneSource, a modern platform designed for an easier, more powerful experience.
- Except for a brief period from December 13–15, your access to your subscriptions will remain seamless. Existing bookmarks, notes, logins, and subscriptions will continue to work, and current customers will not lose access as a result of the transition.
- A new subscription model will also launch, featuring monthly, annual, and four-year subscriptions as well as a new all-access subscription. The OneSource Pass gives you instant, unlimited access to the 2014, 2018, 2022 Guidelines, and soon, the 2026 FGI Codes and FGI Handbooks for Planning and Design. With one subscription, you’ll always have the right edition—plus interpretations and errata—at your fingertips.
FGI OneSource will feature several new tools and user-friendly improvements, including:
- Light/dark mode for comfortable viewing
- Enhanced search and simplified navigation
- A larger reading window with continuous scroll
- Hover-over labels and glossary terms (2026 edition)
- Project folders, new tools, and add-ons (2026 edition)
To prepare for these improvements, all FGI websites will be temporarily unavailable December 13–15, 2025. Please plan accordingly to minimize disruption.
Bryan Seely Appointed to FGI Board of Directors

FGI is pleased to welcome Bryan Seely, assistant vice president of design management for HCA Healthcare, to its Board of Directors. Bryan joined the board in September, bringing with him more than four decades of experience in health care planning and design. Bryan’s expertise will help guide FGI’s ongoing work to advance quality and safety in health and residential care environments.
In his role at HCA Healthcare, Bryan oversees planning, design, and construction across 15 U.S. divisions and five hospitals in the United Kingdom. Before joining HCA, he spent 15 years in architectural practice, focusing on the design of for-profit acute care facilities.
“Bryan offers a unique client perspective on health care projects from design through construction,” says Tina Duncan, AIA CBO, ACHA, president of the FGI Board of Directors. “His experience in managing and overseeing projects that must comply with various requirements will be instrumental in guiding FGI as we move forward.”
Welcome, Bryan, to FGI!
