About Kevin Matuszewski, AIA, LEED AP 

For over 25 years, Kevin has focused his career at the intersection of health environments, design, process leadership, and innovation. His passion for excellence is evident from numerous long-term client relationships in which he was sought and retained for his unique approach to organizing teams, leading complex projects, and managing change in support of successful outcomes. He has impacted over $6 billion worth of health care capital projects in the U.S., Canada, and overseas. He has built a track record of achieving client outcomes while building high-performing delivery teams. Kevin holds a master of architecture and an MBA, both from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed architect with NCARB certification. For 14 years, he has proudly served on the Health Guidelines Revision Committee, which develops the FGI Codes/Guidelines. Kevin is a director of architecture and planning with the Johns Hopkins Health System. 

About Collin Beers, AIA, ACHA, ACHE, EDAC 

Collin has spent the past 16 years contributing to the development of the FGI Codes/Guidelines, bringing insights from hundreds of global health care projects to the 2014, 2018, 2022, and 2026 editions. For the 2026 cycle, he served as co-chair of the Outpatient Document Group and previously chaired the subcommittee responsible for the chapter on new and renovated facilities in FGI’s 2021 COVID-19 response white paper. An architect with 45 years dedicated exclusively to health care design, Collin is part of Stantec’s global health sector leadership team, supporting the firm’s commitment to planning and design excellence across North America and Europe. 

About Jennifer Kuschinsky, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR 

Jennifer is a performance-driven health care executive with extensive experience in surgical services operations and administration. Throughout her career, she has led the development and execution of strategies that deliver efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality patient-centered surgical care. Her work consistently focuses on improving outcomes while navigating the operational and clinical complexities of today’s health care environment. Educated across multiple disciplines, Jennifer brings a broad perspective to diverse responsibilities and leadership challenges in a continuously evolving industry. She is known for achieving results through collaboration, aligning leadership, staff, physicians, and stakeholders by building strong relationships and cohesive teams grounded in trust and shared purpose. Jennifer served as a co-chair of the Outpatient Document Group of the 2026 revision cycle of the FGI Codes
